is included for customer verification. If manuals are included, it will be noted in the listing.

Shipping Policy

All items are plus shipping.

The amount you pay is only for the item. The customer must contact us for a shipping quote.

We can be reached during normal business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM WST):

All customers are welcome to use their own carrier.

Local Pickup

The buyer is welcome to pick up the equipment. The buyer only pays handling if the item must be loaded with a forklift.
If forklift loading is not required, there is no charge.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

The buyer should contact us within 14 days after receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.

We will refund the money if our equipment is not working or if it is not described as listed.

Refund will be given as money back only if the item is in the same condition it was shipped.

We are not responsible if the equipment is not installed by a professional technician and the equipment gets damaged.

Return Shipping and Insurance

Return shipping will be paid by the buyer.

The buyer is responsible for insuring the item for the shipping process. If the item is damaged in transit,
M&L Industrial Equipment is not responsible if the item is not insured.
