When you “Check Out,” you are entering into a contractual agreement to purchase the item.
We are located in Arizona. Any local transactions are subject to local sales tax. Sales tax is the responsibility of the buyer.
What you see is what you get in all photos unless otherwise noted. Any questions beyond what is stated in the listing must be communicated by email.
The equipment is described to the best of our ability. Opinions may vary. Model, Serial, CPL’s, and any other information are included for customer verification. If manuals are included, it will be noted in the listing.
Deposits are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for any omissions. If you do not see it, please ask.
SHIPPING POLICY
All items are plus shipping.
The amount you pay at checkout is for the item only. The customer must contact us for a shipping quote.

Customers are welcome to use their own carrier.
LOCAL PICKUP
Buyers are welcome to pick up the equipment. Handling fees apply only if the item must be loaded with a forklift.
- If forklift loading is required: buyer pays handling.
- If forklift loading is not required: no handling charge.
RETURN POLICY
The buyer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a refund.
We will issue a refund if the equipment is not working or if it is not as described in the listing.
Refunds will be issued as money back only if the item is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
We are not responsible if the equipment is not installed by a professional technician and becomes damaged.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for insuring the item during shipping. If the item is damaged in transit, M&L Industrial Equipment is not responsible when the shipment is not insured.
